Account deletion
How to delete your account in the app
Explore lets users permanently delete their account and associated data directly from the application while signed in.
Follow the steps below carefully. This action is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed.
- Open the Explore app and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Go to the Profile section.
- In the user summary area, tap the Settings cogwheel button.
- Choose Delete user.
- Select the confirmation checkbox labeled I understand this will permanently delete the user.
- Tap Confirm delete to permanently delete the account.
Important
Account deletion is permanent. After confirmation, access to the deleted account cannot be restored.
